Convenient and mostly clean – the wc could be better. Over-all, I had been very pleased with this stay and would definitely suggest it to everyone looking to drop by.

Stayed for seven days with my husband. Beds were being comfy and the room was normally clean. The personnel have been very helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Me and my lover stayed here for five days for holidays to discovering the city. Novotel Batam is located in an extremely central place, it’s clean as well as the beds are extremely comfy! There is just one factor I might propose heading ahead and that’s to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, I had been very pleased with this place and would definitely endorse it to anyone wanting to check out Batam.

Stayed for three days with my wife. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly clean up. The employees were being pretty helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Great place, everything is few steps. Staff members are super friendly and useful and talk great English. You will find activities every single night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite slight. Excellent value for the price!
